To further enhance performance, every smartboard is integrated with a dedicated OPS i5 computing module (16GB RAM, 512GB SSD). This enables advanced computing power for complex policy analysis, vocational training simulations, sophisticated data visualisation, multimedia production and playback, and collaborative curriculum development — all essential functions for a federal-level education authority.

Participants also received training on the Arvia Device Management System (DMS), which provides centralised control across all seven AI Smartboard units. Key capabilities include remote monitoring and control of every display, usage analytics for measuring programme effectiveness, centralised application deployment across devices, and secure handling of sensitive policy documents.

This centralised management framework ensures IT administrators can oversee multiple displays across conference rooms with consistent governance, security compliance, and operational standards — critical requirements for a federal government environment where data integrity and system reliability are non-negotiable.

ArviaBoard software training covered the advanced digital whiteboarding and collaboration features that directly support TVET policy work.
