In collaboration with Petronas PD&T/HSE, Israk Solutions Sdn Bhd executed a successful project involving the installation of four units of our advanced Smartboard ARV 100, complemented by a sophisticated Command Center software.
Petronas PD&T/HSE approached us with a specific challenge: the need for a mobile and user-friendly Mini Command Center. The primary objective was to monitor project sites effectively through AI CCTV, ensuring the prompt detection of safety violations. Additionally, the client sought a mini videowall for displaying dynamic dashboards with real-time data sourced from PowerBI.
In response, Israk Solutions provided a comprehensive solution featuring 75″ Smartboard ARV 100 displays, seamlessly integrated with Polywall software. This strategic setup allowed for the creation of a versatile videowall that could be split into four screens simultaneously. Our team strategically placed the Smartboards at key locations: KLCC (main HQ buildings), Petronas Chemical Fertilizer Kedah (PCFK) under Project Sahara, and Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering (MMHE) under Project Kasawari.
The Smartboard Malaysia ARV 100, with its state-of-the-art touchscreen capabilities, played a pivotal role in the success of the project. The integration with Polywall software facilitated real-time monitoring across multiple screens, enhancing the efficiency of safety surveillance. The Mini Command Center’s mobility allowed for seamless relocation, ensuring on-the-go monitoring at various project sites.
The integration of AI CCTV technology enabled Petronas PD&T/HSE to significantly enhance safety monitoring. The Smartboards displayed real-time data from PowerBI dashboards on the mini videowall, providing the client with instant access to crucial project information. The result was a solution that not only met but exceeded the client’s expectations, empowering them with efficient decision-making capabilities.
The Smartboard ARV 100 installation was strategically deployed at KLCC, Petronas Chemical Fertilizer Kedah (PCFK), and Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering (MMHE). This deployment successfully transformed Petronas PD&T/HSE’s operations, providing a mobile and efficient Mini Command Center that facilitated seamless monitoring and data visualization across multiple project sites.
