ARV400 AV System with Intelligent PTZ Camera for Hybrid Conferencing
The foundation of the smart meeting room is the ARV400 AV system, integrated with the ARV-VC45 PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) camera. This professional-grade camera captures full HD video and features automatic speaker tracking, ensuring the active presenter is always in focus during virtual meetings.
This intelligent tracking eliminates the need for manual camera adjustments, creating a more natural and seamless hybrid meeting experience. For PKCH, this means remote participants receive the same level of visual engagement as those physically present in the room — a critical requirement for effective smart meeting room operations.
Interactive Smartboard for Real-Time Presentation and Collaboration
At the centre of the smart meeting room sits a high-resolution interactive smartboard, transforming how PKCH conducts its presentations and collaborative sessions. Beyond its aesthetic benefit, the motorised lift provides practical flexibility for different meeting formats. Presenters can switch between display configurations quickly and without disruption, ensuring the room adapts to the needs of each session rather than constraining them.
Extended Viewing with Non-Touch Secondary Displays
Recognising that visibility is essential for effective participation, non-touch secondary displays were strategically positioned throughout the smart meeting room. These additional monitors mirror the main interactive smartboard content, ensuring that every attendee — regardless of their seating position — has a clear and unobstructed view.
