INFRA is a Malaysian government agency responsible for the development and implementation of rural development programs in Malaysia. Their goal is to create a balanced and sustainable development in the rural areas of Malaysia, and to improve the socio-economic status of rural communities.
The challenge that INFRA faced was to find a solution that would enable their team members to communicate effectively and efficiently with one another, regardless of their location. With the rise of remote work, it was imperative for INFRA to implement a solution that would enable them to conduct meetings, trainings, and webinars remotely.
Our team provided the solution in the form of an all-in-one video conferencing set, the ARV-T3000. This PTZ camera comes with a built-in microphone and speaker, allowing for clear communication without the need for additional equipment. Our team also provided commissioning services, ensuring that the video conferencing set was installed and configured correctly.
The project was successfully completed in September 2021 and we are pleased to report that the solution has been well received by INFRA’s team members. We are proud to have been a part of INFRA’s journey towards digital transformation and we look forward to serving them and other clients in the future.
