Rural Capital Berhad, being an enterprise that operates in the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services sector, required an efficient and effective Video Conferencing Solution to enhance communication with their clients. Their existing communication tools were not sufficient to meet their growing needs, and they required a more advanced solution to better serve their clients.
We supplied Rural Capital Berhad with a Complete Set for Video Conferencing that included a PTZ Camera-ARV950A-12-U3 and Mic/Speaker Android ARV-I2600. Our Video Conferencing Solution enabled them to conduct virtual meetings with clients in a more efficient and effective manner, resulting in better communication and collaboration. This has helped to improve their overall client service and satisfaction.
