Arvia Smartboard AI SSTP was used to power the presentation setup during an AI training session for educators from SSTP in Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya, delivered through the Arvia-Israk network. The session was led by coach Najmi from Arvia, teaching AI skills to a hall full of educators.

The Challenge: Presenting to a Full Hall
Teaching a hall full of SSTP educators meant the presentation needed to stay clearly visible from every part of the room. A single display was not enough to comfortably reach everyone seated across a large hall.
There was also a need for the same content, from coach Najmi’s slides to live demonstrations, to appear consistently across the room without any lag or manual switching between screens.
A typical single-screen setup would have meant educators seated further from the front struggling to see details clearly, especially during live demonstrations of AI tools and techniques.
The Solution: Arvia Smartboard AI SSTP
Through the Arvia-Israk network, the AI training session used Arvia Smartboard AI’s screen sharing feature to send the same presentation directly to 2 different Arvia smartboards at once, giving educators across the hall a clear view regardless of where they were seated.
This setup meant coach Najmi could move freely around the hall while teaching, without worrying about whether educators seated further away could still follow the presentation clearly. Both boards updated at the same time, so there was no delay between what appeared on one screen versus the other.
