We are honored to have had the opportunity to work with them on their interactive kiosk project.
The challenge that Hilton Kuala Lumpur faced was providing guests with a seamless and interactive experience. They needed a solution that would enable their guests to easily access information about the hotel’s amenities, dining options, and events, among other things. Our team was able to provide the perfect solution by supplying and commissioning a floor-standing touch kiosk FLR103-43 inch with digital signage software CDMS.
Our team worked closely with Hilton Kuala Lumpur to ensure that the interactive kiosk was tailored to their specific needs. We provided a fully customized software solution that was easy to use, interactive, and engaging for their guests. The kiosk enabled guests to access information quickly and efficiently, and they could also make reservations for dining and spa appointments through the kiosk.
The project was completed in August 2019, and we are delighted with the outcome. We were able to provide a solution that met all of Hilton Kuala Lumpur’s requirements and exceeded their expectations.
