Complete Smart Classroom Setup Featuring Arvia Smartboard

This project included the delivery and installation of an Arvia Smartboard ARV400 (75-inch), an OPS PC (i5, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD), a mobile stand (ARV-S57), and an ARV4800 AI camera. The smartboard is designed for collaborative presentations, online meetings, and classroom-style sessions, tailored to meet rural learning needs. The mobility stand ensures it can be moved as needed, and the camera enables high-quality hybrid meetings.

The OPS PC transforms the Arvia Smartboard into a powerful computing hub capable of running full desktop applications and accessing cloud-based content. Professional On-Site Installation and Configuration

Our technical team handled the full installation at the Merlimau site. The Arvia Smartboard was mounted on a mobile stand, the OPS PC was configured, and the AI camera was calibrated for intelligent tracking. Network setup, port testing (USB, LAN, HDMI), and system integration were carried out to ensure everything worked seamlessly. In rural deployments where support teams are limited, this cloud-based control center gives administrators full oversight and the ability to troubleshoot without being physically present. It represents a scalable solution for larger national projects, where dozens or even hundreds of units are deployed across the country.

The integrated ARV4800 AI camera enables high-quality virtual sessions for the community.
