The Ministry of Health is responsible for managing the healthcare system, public health, medical research, and other vital aspects of healthcare in Malaysia. The need for efficient and effective communication in healthcare is crucial, especially in the current era where technology plays a vital role. The Ministry of Health recognized this need and approached us to provide an Interactive Smartboard Solution that would enhance communication between healthcare professionals and patients.

Our team supplied and commissioned an ARV100-86 Interactive Smartboard with a portable TV stand. The solution we provided was built on Android and Windows platforms with i5, 8GB RAM, and 128GB SSD, enabling multi-drawing capabilities with up to 20 touchpoints. The solution provided by us met the Ministry of Health’s specific requirements and helped facilitate interactive communication, leading to enhanced patient care and better health outcomes.
