We express our sincere gratitude to Prima Element Sdn Bhd for giving us the opportunity to work on their project. Our client is located in Sandakan, Malaysia, and operates in the electrical goods and computer business. They were looking for an interactive smartboard to replace their existing whiteboard in their meeting room to enhance their staff, supplier, and client meetings.
Our team provided them with a solution that exceeded their expectations. We supplied and commissioned two units of Smartboard ARV100-98 with Android 8 and Windows 10 Operating System – intel i5, 8GB Ram, 256GB SSD, and 4k resolutions with 20 multi touchpoints. Additionally, our solution came with my view board software for interactive whiteboard and enabled online meetings to be conducted through the smartboard, providing them with a seamless experience.
The project was completed in July 2022, and our team ensured a smooth installation and commissioning process. We provided the client with comprehensive training to ensure that they could use the interactive smartboards effectively. Our solution provided Prima Element Sdn Bhd with a new level of engagement in their meetings.
